Independent insurance agency in SWFL is looking for a Commercial Lines Manager to oversee their Commercial Lines service team. This can be a Senior Account Manager or AE who has some leadership experience.
This person will lead a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers while streamlining workflows and solving operational challenges. The ideal candidate has strong Commercial Lines expertise, prior leadership experience (even if it's just training or supervising a small team), and experience with AMS360 is highly preferred. No book of business to work, purely leading the service operation.
