Palm Beach Tan, the nation's premier tanning salon brand, is seeking a self-motivated, forward-thinking Multi-Unit Area Manager with 3-5+ years of experience leading multi-unit, membership-based retail businesses. What You'll Do:

As a District Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the overall success and growth of your region. With a passion for leadership and a commitment to excellence, you'll inspire and guide General Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed financial goals, and create a positive, high-performance culture. Your strategic vision and dedication will help uphold and elevate Palm Beach Tan's renowned standards across every location.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations and performance across 5 salon locations

· Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and salon staff

· Ensure sales targets, membership growth, and EBITDA goals are consistently met or exceeded

· Conduct regular store visits and performance audits to maintain brand standards

· Implement and monitor action plans to improve underperforming locations

· Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement

· Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in retail, fitness, or personal services

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals

· Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

· Ability to analyze business data and make strategic decisions

· Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable

· Willingness to travel within assigned region, including overnight stays
