**Responsibilities:**

* Use a variety of treatments and interventions, including adaptive equipment, cognitive therapy, and sensory integration techniques
* Collaborate with the therapy team to identify and address barriers to care, and develop plans to overcome them
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions, progress, and outcome measures

**Requirements:**

* Current Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred
* Minimum of 1 year experience as a COTA in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
