Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends and evenings

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Experience providing activities programming to elderly population.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow care plans and medical orders
• Long-term care experience (preferred)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Experience providing activities programming to elderly population.
• Support PACE Participants’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
• Monitor and report changes in participants’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE (Northern) provides healthcare and supportive services for individuals age 55 and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Located in the welcoming community of Florence, part of the greater Northern Kentucky region.
