Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong referral relationships

Represent the facility within the local healthcare community
Support the organization's marketing and growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate
4+ years of skilled nursing marketing experience
Established healthcare referral network in Central New Jersey
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of developing referral partnerships
