We are seeking a caring and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility! Help residents improve their daily living skills, independence, and quality of life in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with occupational therapy treatment plans

• Support patients in improving daily living and functional skills

• Document resident progress and treatment responses

• Collaborate closely with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license/certification

• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
