We have an immediate opening for an LPN on day and night shifts in Mount Juliet, TN for full-time hours

The Licensed Practical Nurse reports to the Director of Patient Care Services and/or the Case Manager/Registered Nurse and provides nursing care and teaching to patients and families.

The responsibilities may be amended to include those specialties and/or procedures that will be in compliance with the state certification program and their nurse practice act, as well as the policies and procedures for the agency.

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered)

• Licensed in Tennessee as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
• One (1) year experience as a licensed practical nurse preferred
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• G-tube and trach experience preferred
