LVN/RN IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for 2-10 and 10-6 shift

A LPN/LVN is responsible for providing a full range of nursing in an interdisciplinary environment including: -Treatments -Care Planning -Medication Administration -Provision of Direct Patient Care -Problem Solving -Monitoring Patient Care provided by unlicensed staff-Documentation- Following up with the physicians regarding patient/resident lab values- medications- acute changes in condition- interaction with patients/residents and their responsible parties.
