Occupational Therapist (OT) – In-Home Services

Location: Eatontown, NJ
Schedule: Twice weekly
Job Type: Per diem

Ameriwell Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy twice per week for an individual in Eatontown, New Jersey.

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
Experience providing in-home services preferred
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus
Strong communication and documentation skills
Reliable, professional, and compassionate
