Salary: $80K-$85K range; based on experience/facility

Description of the Marketing Liaison

• Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.

• Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals.

• Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.

• Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families

• Create, manage and monitor new business development plans

• Conduct research as needed.

Qualifications of the Marketing Liaison:

•          Must have prior experience as a Marketing Liaison
•          Must have assisted living or long term care marketing experience
•          Connections with local hospitals and clinics preferred
•          Must have experience in reviewing PRI, insurance reviews and admission requirements
•          Good Communication Skills
•        Looking for a go getter, motivator, self-starter
