This is a great opportunity for people who are looking for resume-building marketing experience, work hours in between school drop-off & pickup, a first job, or simply a part-time position that gets you out in the community. You’ll support our agency through local outreach, events, and social media—with no sales pressure, no cold calling, and no door-to-door selling.

What You’ll Do as our Marketing Coordinator:

Local Outreach

• Visit businesses in Marion & Hamilton County
• Introduce our agency and drop off marketing materials
• Build friendly relationships and help spread awareness locally

Plan & Help Run Community Events

• Assist with planning and day-of execution of local events
• Weekend availability may be required based on event schedules

Run Our Social Media

• Post to Facebook + Instagram, at least monthly (and more as you plan ahead)
• Create/organize content around events, community involvement, and agency updates
• Capture photos/video during outreach and events (as permitted)
• TikTok: We’re aiming to launch soon

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident communication and comfort talking with local business owners
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within north Indianapolis & Hamilton County
• Organized and able to juggle outreach + events + content
• Basic computer skills and social media comfort
• Weekend flexibility when needed

Compensation

• $15-17/hour
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Performance bonus based on office performance (details shared during interview)
