Position: LVN – Home Health

 

Locations: Conroe/The Woodlands/Spring

 

 Schedule: Flexible / PRN / Part-Time / Full-Time

 

 Pay: Competitive rates 

 

 

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

 

Complete assessments, wound care, and medication management

 

Collaborate with care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

 

Deliver compassionate support to patients and families

 

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Active Texas LVN license

 

1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred but not required)
