YOUR ROLE AS A WEEKEND NURSE

• Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition

• Lead and support CNAs to ensure excellent care delivery

• Communicate effectively with providers, families, and the care team

• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and clinical standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – Texas license

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Dependable, team-oriented, and resident-focused

• Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred
