At Billet Health, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional clinicians. We are seeking compassionate, patient-focused Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing Home Health team throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

As an LVN, you'll provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes while collaborating closely with RN Case Managers and our Director of Nursing to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Typical visits range from 45–60 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patient homes and assisted living communities
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Assist with implementing individualized care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and treatments
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in Texas
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Current TB documentation:
  • Skin test within the last year, or
  • Chest X-ray within the last five years

Additional Information

Travel compensation is included within a 20-mile radius of your home, with additional compensation opportunities available outside your designated territory.

New graduates and experienced Home Health nurses are encouraged to apply.
