Now Hiring: Substitute Staff for Minneapolis School Nutrition Program

Join our Indrotec team as a substitute worker to support the Minneapolis School Nutrition Program, where you’ll make a direct impact—one meal at a time.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday – Friday (as-needed)
• No overtime, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay
• Food Service Assistant – $17.50/hr
• School Cook (experienced) – $18.50/hr

Job Duties May Include:

• Assisting on the serving line
• Operating a cash register
• Basic food preparation
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleanup
• Setting up and taking down serving stations
• Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous food service or kitchen experience (a plus, but not required)
• Ability to lift 21–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to support students
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Benefits

• Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
