About the Role:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Avir at Windcrest, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and reporting changes in patient condition to the healthcare team

• Collaborating with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participating in the implementation of new patient care initiatives and process improvements

• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
