We go for walks a lot so my son likes the outdoors Wake up 9-10:30 Play/diaper change/change clothes for the day Breakfast (within the hour of waking up) Outside/walk the dog Snack Play Nap time Wake up(1-3 hours) Diaper change/snack Dinner Nighttime routine: Brush teeth Pjs/reading/low stimulation play (until he starts yawning) Diaper change Lay down nighttime music w/brown noise combo Sleep
