Job Overview
Crumbl in Chattanooga (East Brainerd) is now hiring a select number of Bakers to join our Crumbl Crew. No experience necessary. You will be trained the Crumbl way in baking, mixing, decorating, providing world-class customer service, processing orders, and cleaning.

ALL employees start as a Baker at Crumbl - but employees who demonstrate hard work, a positive can-do attitude, and learn quickly, can move up rapidly to Experienced Baker, Shift Lead, Experienced Shift Lead, etc.

The perfect candidate:

(1) MUST HAVE at least 15-18+ hours of availability per week (including some Fridays and Saturdays). Crumbl is closed on Sunday. We are primarily hiring for morning & mid-day shifts.

(2) Preference will be given to candidates that are 18+ years or older (younger applicants will be considered based on their availability)

(3) Friendly and outgoing

(4) Has excellent comprehension and organizational skills

(5) Enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment

(6) Works hard continuously and efficiently

(7) Excels at friendly and courteous customer service

(8) Learns quickly and can adapt to a busy work environment

(10) Is comfortable standing for the entirety of the shift

Position Specific Requirements:

(1) Measuring/combining ingredients, using commercial mixers, large ovens and other kitchen equipment (if 18 years of age or older);

(2) Decorating and displaying finished gourmet Crumbl desserts;

(3) Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, and accepting orders/payment;

(4) Communicating inventory, production levels and delivery orders to leadership;

(5) Cleaning and restocking workstation to set up the next shift for success;

Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday: 7AM – 10pm. We are closed on Sunday. For ambitious people there will be room for growth within our Crumbl crew. If you are a fun and energetic person who loves being a part of a team, we are excited to meet you!
