Babysitter - Now Hiring

My husband and I are having our first child and are looking for care taker options instead of daycare since we will both be back to work full time after 12 weeks. I work Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (8 a.m. to noon on Fridays) My husband works shift work of 4 days, 4 on call days, 4 nights and then off 4 days. So the schedule will vary when he can stay home with the baby. The average week will be anywhere from 25-35 hours.
