Babysitter

We are looking for a babysitter/nanny for my son and soon to be baby in Columbia Station. I am pregnant, due in January. I have a son who will be two in October. My mom watches him the two days a week I work currently but she will need help when I return to work this spring. We also do not have anyone to help babysit on random days or nights when needed. The goal is to find someone who might be available for random dates but also who would be interested in babysitting in our home with my mom come March or April for two full days a week. Schedule is somewhat flexible. I work every Tuesday and switch Wednesday/Thursdays but could possibly adjust days if needed.
