Texas Tranquility Estates (TTE) is currently hiring Child Care Workers to join our growing team in Spring/ Tomball, Texas. TTE is a General Residential Operation (GRO) facility that provides care for girls ages 8 to 17 in a structured, family-oriented environment.

We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping young girls grow, heal, and succeed. Our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Available Shifts:

• Sunday–Saturday
• Some Weekends required
• Overnight/Awake Staff
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (weekends only)
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support residents throughout their daily schedule
• Assist with transportation to school, appointments, and activities
• Provide daily care, guidance, and encouragement
• Monitor behavior and respond appropriately using approved procedures
• Complete overnight room checks every 15 minutes when assigned to overnight shifts
• Collaborate with team members to meet the needs of residents
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive living environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or teens preferred
• Child care, residential care, or youth services experience is a plus
• Must be patient, flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and time management skills required
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Must have a sincere passion for helping young girls
