Material Handler

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler is responsible for safely moving, storing, and organizing materials throughout the facility to ensure efficient production and shipping operations. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency.
• Supply production lines with materials as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills preferred.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
