Inside Sales Associate

Job summaryA Sales Associate serves as a key liaison between the company and its customers. The role involves educating clients about company products, new market launches, and their benefits. The Junior Sales Associate may obtain customer contact details through referrals or company records and is responsible for maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with clients. In addition to servicing existing accounts, they are also tasked with identifying and establishing new accounts with potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and analytical skills to assess various business situations and stay updated on industry developments. Additionally, they should be motivated and efficient, with the ability to inspire and guide their team to achieve targets and meet deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities:Service, maintain, and grow customer sales accounts.Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.Keep management informed by providing timely updates on daily developments and records.Monitor competitors by gathering accurate and up-to-date market insights.Recommend improvements in products, services, and company policies based on customer feedback and market trends.Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and providing appropriate solutions.Record and track customer feedback on products.Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficiency and maintain a positive work environment.  Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication and organizational skillsStrong dynamism and persuasive abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of products and services to be promotedSolid understanding of the company's sales territoryAbility to analyze market trends and assess market valuePleasant personality with the ability to communicate effectively and confidentlyHigh attention to detail with up-to-date knowledge of market developments Required Qualifications:A minimum of a graduate degree in a field related to business studiesA specialization certificate or diploma in Professional Sales (DEP) ORA Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Business Management (All educational requirements may be waived or substituted with equivalent experience at the company's discretion.)
