Activities Coordinator

Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time Activities Coordinator for our memory care program.

What You'll Do

• Plan and lead engaging daily activities for residents

• Encourage participation through group and one-on-one programs

• Assist in developing activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities

• Foster a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment

• Work collaboratively with the care team to promote resident well-being

Qualifications

• Social, recreational, activities experience of at least two years required this experience must be within the last 5 years

• Prior experience working with seniors required

• Degree in Recreation or previous experience as a Recreation Assistant or Activities Director preferred

• Positive, outgoing, and compassionate personality

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000 per year

• Full-time position
