Formal Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Experience & Training Required:

Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire.
Five (5) years of application support experience.
Preferred: Healthcare experience.
Preferred: Two (2) years project management experience and/or application lead experience.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving.
Capability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to departments while making recommendations for integration into operational flow.
Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner.
Mentors team members to set priorities and utilizes problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration.
