In this role, you help keep our meat and seafood department accurate, orderly, and customer-ready—so shoppers can grab what they need with confidence.What you’ll handle:- Wrap, weigh, date, and label fresh meat and seafood with care- Rotate and stock product in cases, coolers, and freezers to support freshness- Keep the counter area neat while following department proceduresWhat you’ll bring:- Prior experience in a meat department or food service is preferred, but not required- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific procedures- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of meat products- Ability to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as neededSound like a good fit? As the day moves along, you’ll keep an eye on what’s selling, restock from the cooler/freezer, and help the case stay full and neat. You’ll spend time at the scale and wrap station, moving steadily and accurately so products are ready for the floor.
