About the Role:
A N A Lumpers LLC in Wilmington, IL is looking for a hardworking and dependable warehouse team member to join their crew! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by palletizing, separating, and shrink wrapping products with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Palletize products according to established stacking and weight guidelines
• Separate and sort products by type, size, or destination as directed
• Shrink wrap completed pallets to ensure safe and secure transport
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Work efficiently to meet production and shipping deadlines
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow continuity

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, lumping, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy products for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Experience with shrink wrap equipment is a plus
