Join Our Team as a Community-Based Direct Support Professional!


We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one community-based support to an individual in Fairless Hills, PA.

In this role, you will assist the client with daily living activities while promoting independence, community engagement, and overall well-being. A significant part of this position involves safely transporting the client to appointments, activities, and other community locations, so a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.


Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and community-based support.
• Assist with daily living activities based on the client's individual needs.
• Safely transport the client to appointments, errands, recreational activities, and other community destinations.
• Encourage independence, social interaction, and community participation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Ensure the client's safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (Required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to safely transport a client in your personal vehicle
• Previous experience as a DSP, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings
