Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Deliver food to the table, properly placing each guest’s order

·        Anticipate guests needs and be prepared to promptly answer any questions

·        Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings

·        Work with chef to update the kitchen on table status and course readiness

·        Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the line, dining room floors, and paths of service

·        Properly stock all plates, silverware, and condiments to par according to restaurant standards

·        Communicate any supply shortages to management

·        Complete end of day side-work as per restaurant standards
