TravelNurseSource is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Central City, Colorado, 80427!

Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Centennial, CO

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with varying schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance. May be asked to work 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule and participate in holiday rotation.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic ICU setting
• Float within a 60-mile radius zone, with possible facilities including OrthoColorado Hospital, Longmont United Hospital, St. Anthony Hospital, and St. Anthony North Hospital
• Titrate critical drips and manage respiratory needs
• Read and interpret tele strips
• Assist in troubleshooting and managing respiratory equipment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic experience preferred
• Prior travel experience preferred, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• ICU and Critical Care skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling and patient assignments
