Key Responsibilities

• Float between multiple hospital facilities to support staffing needs across the region
• Provide labor management and delivery care to patients throughout the birthing process
• Perform continuous fetal monitoring and interpret findings appropriately
• Deliver postpartum care for both mother and newborn following delivery
• Adapt to varying schedules, which may include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements depending on assignment
• Utilize personal automobile to travel to multiple points of care as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency in Epic electronic health records system required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred
• STABLE certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in dynamic, multi-site healthcare environments
