Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full cycle recruiting and support onboarding across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, build strong talent pipelines, and support ongoing recruitment initiatives.

The Specialist will draft job descriptions, post openings, source candidates, conduct phone/video screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication. This position also supports onboarding logistics, pre-hire screenings, 60-and 90-day check-ins, job fairs, academic partnerships, and HR event coordination.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media. A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred. The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM systems, attention to detail, understanding of employment laws, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
