Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple dealership locations. This role will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while managing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and inventory accounting. The Accounting Manager will prepare and review financial statements, maintain strong internal controls, oversee multi-state sales tax compliance, and coordinate audits with external partners. Working closely with operations, sales, and service teams, this individual will support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. The position also includes supervising, mentoring, and developing accounting staff while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. Hours: Flexible schedule within business hours; 7:30am to 4:30pm, 8:00am to 5:00pm, 8:30am to 5:30pm, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Compensation: $95,000 annually
