Warehouse Associate / Inventory Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent warehouse and inventory experience, strong data entry skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent time management, accuracy, and a willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Complete data entry and clerical tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Receive, stock, organize, and track incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work independently while meeting daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of recent warehouse and inventory experience required.
• Previous experience with inventory control, data entry, and clerical responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work the scheduled Sunday-Friday shift and be able to start immediately.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.34 per hour
