Order Entry Specialist with Great Customer Service skills for e-tailer

We are seeking a reliable order entry specialist with great customer service skills in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for accurately entering sales order data into our software systems including QuickBooks, Shopify, Ship station and Square. (This position is in-person)

Responsibilities:

• Process sales from website and 3rd party websites including a number of different steps involved.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, e-mail and chat.
• Follow-up with suppliers to get tracking and other order information.
• You'll help with data entry and website page assistance when available (training provided)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
