Recruiter - Austin, TX Based

• Become familiar with our ATS System and the required fields you will be required to utilize. Training is available.
• Begin recruiting campaigns by scheduling an initial client meeting, collecting job descriptions and creating job postings.
• Source potential candidates and schedule interviews.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients with a phone call and/or written summary.
• Work in conjunction with HR with onboarding and employment reference duties.
• Maintain excellent communication between clients and candidates.
• Adhere to all Local , State and Federal laws which may apply.

• Minimum of one year’s recruiting experience within a staffing agency.
• Excellent communication skills (in-person, phones and writing).
• Customer Service oriented.
• Experience utilizing an ATS System on a daily basis.
• Available and comfortable to meet with Austin based clients at their job location.
• Comfortable working alone and with minimal oversight.
