Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
$20.00 per hour
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do:
• Load and unload materials onto and from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand; stack and band materials into bundles as needed
• Read work orders and follow instructions to identify and move the correct materials or containers to their destination
• Load materials into vehicles and secure with strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
• Process outbound shipments via UPS or LTL; count, weigh, and record units of materials moved
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials and mark information on cases or containers
• Perform bi-weekly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Resolve shipping errors and discrepancies; issue RGA numbers as needed and follow through to completion
• Provide customer service support as needed via phone, fax, email, or in person
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For:
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs. – this is a physically demanding role
• Strong counting and math skills – accuracy in cycle counts is critical; will be evaluated on this during the hiring process
• Familiarity with cycle counts or inventory software is a plus
• Pallet jack experience preferred; forklift experience a plus (forklift use begins after permanent hire)
• Reliable and dependable – this is a two-person warehouse team and consistent attendance is essential
• Strong attention to detail when processing orders, labeling materials, and counting inventory
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment as needed
• Composite-toe shoes required; dress code is casual (no ripped, torn, or offensive clothing)
• High School Diploma or GED required
