Desk Dispatcher/Forklift

• Monday – Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: Off – available for training and overtime as needed.
• Thursday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The Desk Dispatcher/Forklift role is essential for coordinating logistics and managing warehouse operations efficiently. This position involves scheduling shipments, communicating with team members and customers, and supporting the dispatch team with accurate data entry. Familiarity with forklift operation and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are key to success in this role, which requires no travel and works within a dynamic dispatch team environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate dispatch activities within the logistics team
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members
• Provide customer support to resolve issues promptly
• Enter and manage data accurately using Microsoft Excel
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently in the warehouse
• Resolve problems to ensure smooth logistics operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics or dispatching
• High school diploma or equivalent
