Truss Builder Day Shift

Express is now hiring for Production Worker at a local manufacturing company based out of Tumwater, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. The schedule Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm. The starting compensation is $24.50/hr. This company offers 100% employer paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability. They also offer paid vacation after 1yr, 6 paid holidays, and 401k with company matching.

Job Duties:

• Building trusses
• Lifting materials- heavy, repetitive
• Operating pneumatic nail gun
• Using hand tools
• Stacking trusses onto pallets

Job Requirements:

• Must have steady work history in most recent few jobs and proven longevity in production or manufacturing position.
• At least 2 years' experience in Manufacturing, Production or Assembly type position.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen including THC
