Job Description
Prime Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to work at a local apartment complex in Fresno, Ca. This position is Full-Time at approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule is 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Candidate must have a least 2+ plus years of indoor & outdoor maintenance/handyman experience.
Skills needed include, but are not limited to: general plumbing repair, painting, tile work, grounds and landscape maintenance, and knowledge of electrical wiring. Carpentry background a plus.
Must have good communication and organizational skills, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
