Registered Nurse

A Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, educates patients and the public about various health conditions, and supports physicians in delivering medical treatment. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and document changes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
