Landscaper

The Landscaper plays a key role in creating, improving, and maintaining high‐quality outdoor environments. This position involves hands‐on landscape installation, equipment operation, and project support to ensure every site meets exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape Installation — Plant, remove, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal plantings. Prepare and install turf grass and assist with soil grading and bed preparation.
• Irrigation Systems — Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation lines, valves, and controllers to ensure proper water distribution.
• Equipment Operation — Safely operate skid steers, loaders, tractors, rototillers, trenchers, and a variety of hand tools to complete enhancement tasks efficiently.
• Site Preparation — Perform grading, debris removal, and cleanup to prepare sites for installation and ensure a polished final result.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
  

Requirements

• Physical Capability — Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions, including lifting, digging, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking.
• Horticulture Knowledge — Basic understanding of plant care, landscape design principles, and proper installation techniques.
• Safety Awareness — Commitment to following all jobsite safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
• Reliability & Work Ethic — Strong attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and project goals.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Landscape Experience — Prior work in landscaping, groundskeeping, or construction.
• Equipment Certifications — Experience or certification in operating heavy landscape machinery.
• Driver’s License — Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
