Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience working on cars. The ideal candidate will be skillful at removing built-up dirt and grime, and should take pride in the appearance of their work. We are seeking an ambitious individual with a passion for vehicles, and someone who loves taking care of cars and helping people. The Automotive Detailer will be responsible for cleaning both interiors and exteriors of cars, detailing wheels, engine compartments and undercarriages.
Responsibilities:
- Use cleaning agents to wash and clean a vehicle's exterior.
- Study a vehicle's exterior to determine the best way to clean it.
- Make and apply chemicals to remove dirt, stains, and contaminants from a vehicle's exterior.
- Apply special protective materials that provide durable, long-lasting paint protection..
- Remove unwanted materials such as stickers, decals, or emblems that are on a vehicle's exterior.
- Mask off areas of the vehicle that should not be painted., Clean up brushes and other tools used while washing a vehicle.
