Registered Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and service‐oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in a senior care environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with older adults and collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team to provide person‐centered care that promotes health, comfort, and well‐being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
• Perform routine assessments, document care, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing standards.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person‐centered environment.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

Preferred Qualifications

• One to three years of nursing experience in long‐term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or memory care (preferred but not required).
