As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safe, meaningful, and independent lives while providing care, encouragement, and daily support.

Whether you're an experienced DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver, or are looking to begin a rewarding career in human services, we provide paid training for the right candidates.

What You'll Do

• Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care

• Encourage independence and personal choice

• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks

• Administer medications after certification

• Follow individualized care and behavioral support plans

• Accompany individuals to appointments, recreational outings, and community activities

• Complete daily documentation

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment

• Work as part of a caring and professional team

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate and dependable

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting individuals as needed

Experience in caregiving, direct support, healthcare, behavioral health, home care, or human services is welcomed but not required. We will train motivated candidates.

Weekend availability is required as part of the regular schedule.
