NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED ORDER PICKERS
Akron, OH | $17/hr to Start → $20/hr Upon Hire
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | NO WEEKENDS!

We are urgently hiring experienced Order Pickers for a large, established distribution center in Akron. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a $3/hr pay increase when you're hired directly by the company.

PAY & SCHEDULE
Starting Pay: $17.00/hr
Pay Upon Hire: $20.00/hr
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Full-time hours
No weekends
JOB DUTIES
Pick and pack customer orders accurately
Prepare orders for shipment
Use pick tickets and/or handheld scanners
Verify quantities and product information
Follow shipping and warehouse procedures
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
This is a physical warehouse position. You will be on your feet throughout the day and will regularly lift and pack boxes weighing several pounds. Some heavier lifting is required.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience REQUIRED
Order picking, packing, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred
Strong attendance and job stability
Good understanding of warehouse/shipping processes
Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
MUST successfully pass a basic math test BEFORE being considered for employment
