Job Description
This position will require accounting and contract compliance skills.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Process Vouchers and invoices for payment
- analyzing receipts
- Financial statements
- Time Sheets, Payroll summaries, Budgets and other supporting documentation
- Maintain disbursement records for all grants and loans
- Reconcile General Ledge
- Produce Monthly Financial Reports
Knowledge of AIMS System is a plus.
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills a must
