Groundskeeper

Univesco, Inc. is an established, family-owned and managed property management company headquartered in Plano, Texas. With over four decades of experience, we own and operate more than 4,000 apartment units across Texas and Florida.

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Groundskeeper to join our service team at one of our DFW-area communities. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our community grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, sidewalks, and common areas clean and inviting.
• Perform daily tasks such as picking up litter and debris, emptying trash receptacles, sweeping, blowing leaves, and ensuring pet areas are tidy.
• Assist with landscaping duties, including watering plants and seasonal flower bed maintenance.
• Help clean and maintain pool areas (straightening furniture, removing debris) and perform light exterior maintenance as needed.
• Report any safety issues or maintenance needs promptly and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for our residents.

Qualifications:

• At least 6-12 months of current experience in multi-family housing or a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Keen attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Working knowledge of the English language for clear communication and understanding of instructions.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
