Storefront Associate
Shift/Hours: Monday - Sunday, 40 hours a week; weekends are mandatory
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Location: San Francisco, CA
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience
We are excited to share a new opportunity for a Storefront Associate located in San Francisco! This position is highly sought after and might not be available for long.
Storefront Associate Job Duties include:
- Customer Support: Proactively assisting customers with the use of digital pick-up lockers and ensuring a smooth retrieval process for their eyewear.
- Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail floor by performing fast and accurate restocking of sold-out items, adjusting product displays, and performing light cleaning duties to keep the storefront pristine.
- Operational Support: Acting as a runner to efficiently move items, frames, and documentation between the sales floor, back-office areas, and laboratory as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
