Quality Control Inspector

Davis Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented SMT Board Inspectors to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards after production to ensure quality standards are met. Training is available for candidates who demonstrate strong attention to detail and reliability.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Previous board inspection experience preferred but not required.

• Bilingual in Spanish a must.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects.

• Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Willingness to learn and follow established processes.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Perform visual inspections of SMT boards following production.

• Identify visible defects, missing components, damage, or other abnormalities.

• Separate defective boards and notify supervisors of quality concerns.

• Maintain accurate inspection and production records.

• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Keep work area clean and organized.

Job Details Include:

• Weekly pay

• $19.00 an hour

• 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
